It is a fusion Japanese and Taiwanese concept bakery shop and has now expanded to 12 outlets. We ensure every ingredient used is wholesome and natural without adding any softener, emulsifiers, stabilizers, artificial additives and preservatives in our products. 8) Chocolatier
• Knowledge of cutting chocolate, cleaning, filling, and release the chocolate mould.
• Knowledge of making filling or stuffing.
• Knowledge of chocolate making or process involved.
• Experience to use and maintain every machine properly
• Experience characteristics and the usage of the raw materials
• To prepare chocolate decoration for outlet use
• Knowledge of chocolate tempering with correct method
• Clearly know every type of chocolate making method
• Ensure that the quality and consistency of exquisite chocolates produced at RT is maintained in accordance with the agreed recipes and specifications.
• Oversee and assist in the creation and management of exquisite chocolates to bring exceptional customer experience
• Identify and suggest innovative equipment’s/hand held devices to mould shapes and add details to the product thereby ensuring differentiated product
offering
• Impart training, coach & mentor prospective chocolatiers to create and maintain adequate and efficiency.
• Be fully responsible for quality, cost and wastage of chocolates at all venues and ensure all Health/Food Safety codes are upheld and work areas are safe,
clean and professionally kept.

• Oversee the day to day operations of the outlet.
• This role is ideal for someone who has deep understanding and passion for outlet.
• Oversee all aspects of the outlet operations while providing exceptional customer service and product presentation.
• You will ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and profitable while maintaining the level service that is uniquely.
• You will be responsible for the optimal utilization of resources and ensure that associate are equipped with the proper product and service training that

12) Marketing Assistant / Executive
• Responsible to plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales target.
• Expand market/ client coverage, to maximize sales and maintain good rapport with the customers
• Ensure monthly and yearly sales target is met.
• Support and maintain good relationship by providing excellent service to existing and potential customers.
• Prepare monthly sales report.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing sales and operational activities, sales plan, accomplishes business development opportunities.
• To plan and execute Marketing related activities and strategies, including communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships via
digital media or any other medium or channel deemed suitable to reach customers effectively.
• Managing budgets; organizing and attending events such as conferences, exhibitions, market research etc.; evaluating marketing campaigns.

13) Purchasing Assistant
• Purchase materials / goods at the best prices based on requirement plans and ensure all purchases are made in compliance with the company policy;
• Maintain and update purchasing records / data and pricing in the system in accordance with company policies and procedures;
• Develop and maintain good partnership liaison with vendors and responsible for strategic sourcing of vendors and establish vendor selection criteria;
• Liaise closely with appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents on making arrangements on transportation schedule, quotes and destination. Solve discrepancies with regards to incoming and outgoing deliveries;
• Prepare cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
