“DouDoh” Creative Colouring Contest

• Submission Period: 3 July 2025 (Thursday) – 31 July 2025 (Thursday)
• Winner Announcement: August 15, 2025 (Friday)
  Results will be announced on the official RT Pastry website and social media platforms.
  The name list will be posted on the RT Pastry website only. 

Eligibility

• Open to children aged 12 years and below. Participants’ guardians must be an RT Pastry Happy Dough Member.

How to Participate

Download the Templates:

• The DouDoh colouring templates are available here.
• There are a total of 12 unique designs to choose from. 

Create Your Masterpiece:

• Use any colouring medium such as colour pencils, crayons, or watercolours, etc.
• AI-generated artworks will not be accepted.
• DouDoh is a soft, fluffy, and adorable little dough character in pure white.
• There’s no limit to the number of submissions, but each participant can only win one prize. 

Submission Method:

• Take a clear photo or scan of your completed artwork and submit it via the official Google Form:

  • Contact Number
  • RT Pastry Member ID (must match your registered membership account)
  • Your most recent RT Pastry outlet visited (for prize collection coordination)

Prizes

Excellence Prize (100 winners):

• 1 x Limited Edition DouDoh Pillow
• RM50 RT Pastry Voucher (credited to your member account)
• Certificate of Achievement

Special Feature (12 winners):

• Winning artworks will be featured in the official RT Pastry 2026 Calendar.
• 12 winners of the Special Feature will be selected from the Excellence Prize winners.
  
• Action: 12 winners will be required to submit the original artwork to their chosen RT Pastry outlet or RT Pastry HQ within the designated timeframe.

Terms & Conditions

1. Each participant is required to submit only one entry per design, but may choose to colour and submit different designs.
2. Each participant is only entitled to one prize.
3. Participants’ guardians must be registered RT Pastry Happy Dough members. 
4. The RM50 voucher (RM20 x 1 piece and RM30 x 1 piece) will be credited to the winner’s member account and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
5. All submitted entries must be original. Plagiarised or proxy-submitted artworks will be disqualified.
6. The judging process will be conducted fairly by RT Pastry. All decisions made by RT Pastry regarding the contest, including the selection of winners, are final and conclusive. No correspondence, appeal, or dispute will be entertained.
7. RT Pastry reserves the right to use submitted artworks for marketing purposes (e.g., exhibitions, social media, printed materials) without additional notification or remuneration.
8. RT Pastry reserves the right to amend the contest rules, prize details, or final selection results at any time without prior notice.

下载图稿：

DouDoh系列填色图稿可通过官网免费下载。共提供12款原创设计，任选其一即可参赛。

创作作品：

• 可使用彩色笔、蜡笔、水彩等任何媒介均可。
• 不接受AI生成作品。
• 请注意：DouDoh是一个白白胖胖、软绵绵、超级可爱的面团角色。

• 填色图可不限提交数量，但每位参赛者最多仅获得一个奖项。

提交方式：

• 将已完成的作品拍照或扫描后，上传至 Google Form提交。

精选插画（共12份）：

• 得奖作品将被收录于 RT Pastry 2026 官方日历！
• 12分作品将从优胜奖里选出。
• 得奖者需提交原始作品至指定门店或总部。

活动条款：

1. 每位参赛者仅须提交一份作品，可以提交多份不同图稿的作品。
2. 每位参赛者仅获得一个奖项。
3. 参赛者的监护人必须为 RT Pastry 幸福粉团注册会员。
4. RM50 购物券（包含RM20 x1张及RM30 x1张）将直接发放至会员账号，不可转让或兑换现金。
5. 参赛作品必须为原创，抄袭、代笔将被取消资格。
6. 本次比赛由RT Pastry公平评审。关于比赛的所有决定（包括得奖名单）将由RT Pastry作出，且为最终决定，不接受任何异议、申诉或争议。
7. 所有作品有机会用于 RT Pastry 后续宣传（如展览、社交平台发布等），恕不另行通知或支付稿酬。
8. RT Pastry 保留更改活动细则、奖项设置及最终评选结果的权利。
