A highly distinguished professional in the fields of accountancy and taxation, Mr. Leou brings over four decades of extensive experience in financial oversight, auditing, and corporate governance to the Group. His academic foundation was established at Tunku Arnold Raymond College, where he earned a Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) in June 1980. Over the years, he has built a formidable suite of professional credentials, maintaining status as a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and serving as a long-standing member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”) since September 1984. Notably, he became an Associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation (now known as the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (“CTIM”)) in April 1998 and was subsequently made a Fellow Member of the CTIM in November 2006.
Mr. Leou began his professional journey as an Audit Assistant at Aljefri, Siva, Heng and Monteiro, followed by a tenure as an Audit Senior at Baharom Hamdan, now known as Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT. In July 1984, he transitioned into corporate financial management, serving as an Accountant for Paper Product Berhad (now Insas Berhad) and later Kotak Kajang Industries Sdn Bhd, where he was responsible for overseeing comprehensive day-to-day financial operations. These roles provided him with deep operational insights into the financial health and regulatory requirements of diverse corporate entities.
In August 1988, Mr. Leou ventured into entrepreneurship by founding Leou & Associates, a firm offering specialised auditing and tax consultancy services. His leadership and strategic vision led to the establishment of Leou Associates PLT in October 2014, where he currently serves as the Managing Partner. Lu Chun Neng
Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lu Chun Neng, a Taiwanese aged 47, is the visionary founder, Promoter, Executive Director, Group Chief Executive Officer, and substantial shareholder of RT Pastry. Appointed to the Board on 12 April 2018, he spearheads the Group’s business development and strategic direction. Mr. Lu’s academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Hsing Wu University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, which he completed in January 2022. His journey in the culinary arts began shortly after completing his secondary education at Taishan Junior High School in Taishan District, New Taipei City, Taiwan in January 1994, where he transitioned from the logistics sector to pursue a deep-seated interest in baking. This early passion led him to complete specialised training while gaining hands-on experience at a local bakery in Taiwan, a career path he resumed with dedication following the completion of his mandatory two-year military service in December 1998.

His professional trajectory is marked by a series of progressive roles at renowned institutions, starting as an Assistant Pastry Chef at White-WoodHouse Foods Co., Ltd, where he mastered cake design and manufacturing processes. He further refined his skills in the production of traditional Taiwanese bakery souvenir products at a Taipei-based bakery before stepping into the Pastry Chef and subsequently the Head Chef role at the Fu Jen Catholic University canteen. In December 2000, Mr. Lu joined the internationally acclaimed BreadTalk Pte Ltd (a bakery chain that was formerly listed on Singapore Exchange Limited) in Singapore. During his tenure, which culminated in his role as Head of Research & Development, he was instrumental in forming the pastry team, overseeing central kitchen manufacturing, and developing innovative recipes under the guidance of the Head of Creativity, while also spearheading staff training initiatives.
Following a period of international travel to survey global bakery trends, Mr. Lu relocated to Malaysia in October 2003. In November of that year, he established RT Pastry House and launched the Group’s flagship outlet in Taman Danau Desa, Kuala Lumpur, in collaboration with his wife’s family. Under his steadfast leadership, the business has seen remarkable expansion, growing from a single storefront to a robust network of 17 outlets as at the Latest Practicable Date. Beyond his executive duties at RT Pastry, Mr. Lu maintains directorships and shareholdings in several private limited companies. In terms of family relationships, he is the son-in-law of Mr. Lian, though he holds no other familial ties with the company’s Promoters, substantial shareholders, or Key Senior Management, ensuring a balance of personal legacy and professional governance within the Group.
Ju Siew Lee
Independent Non-Executive Director
Ms. Ju Siew Lee, a Malaysian aged 56, serves as the Independent Non-Executive Director of RT Pastry, having been appointed to the Board on 31 July 2024. A seasoned financial leader with over three decades of experience, Ms. Ju provides critical oversight as the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration Committee, while also contributing as a member of the Nomination Committee. Her distinguished career began in December 1993 in Singapore at Sam, Teo & Leong, CPA, where she rose to the position of Audit Senior, specialising in independent statutory financial audits. Upon returning to Malaysia, Ms. Ju transitioned into internal audit and corporate finance roles, notably with GHL Automation Sdn. Bhd. and subsequently with City Square Properties Sdn. Bhd. (a company which is part of the Asia Pacific Land Berhad group of companies, a company that was formerly listed on the MAIN Market). During her tenure with these organisations, she managed a broad spectrum of financial responsibilities, including internal control evaluations, treasury management, tenancy oversight, and project feasibility studies, establishing a robust foundation in both operational and strategic financial management.
In December 2001, Ms. Ju joined Khuan Choo Development Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the MAIN Market-listed Malton Berhad group. Her trajectory within the group saw her rise from Finance Manager to Group Financial Controller by July 2005, a role in which she managed the entire finance and accounts department for the group for several years. After a career break spent in China with her family, she returned to Malaysia in September 2015 to join Ivory Properties Group Berhad (a public limited company listed on the MAIN Market) as Group Financial Controller, quickly ascending to the role of Chief Financial Officer in February 2016. She resigned from Ivory Properties Group Berhad in December 2024 and took a career break from January 2025 to February 2025. In March 2025, she assumed her current executive role as Chief Financial Officer of Thirupathi Capital Sdn Bhd, where she oversees financial, legal, and corporate finance operations across all group divisions.

Ms. Loh May Ann, a Malaysian aged 52, serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of RT Pastry Holdings Berhad, having been appointed to the Board on 31 July 2024. Her transition into the corporate sector saw her taking on pivotal leadership roles, including serving as Legal Advisor at Vsource (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (currently known as Symphony BPO Solutions Sdn Bhd) and subsequently as Head of Legal & Compliance at Symphony House Berhad (which acquired Symphony BPO Solutions Sdn Bhd). Her extensive regional experience was further solidified through senior legal positions at CSC Malaysia as Regional Counsel (Asia) and at IBM Malaysia, where she served as a Senior Attorney for ASEAN and later as an Asia Pacific Senior Negotiator, managing critical legal frameworks and cross-border contractual negotiations.
In recent years, Ms. Loh has balanced entrepreneurial leadership with executive management, notably serving as a Commercial Manager within the British American Tobacco (GSD) Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd (a company which is part of the British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad group of companies, which is a public company listed on the Main Market) and later co-founding the law firm Messrs Omar & May, which focused on corporate, commercial and and information technology contracts. Currently, she serves as the Asia Pacific Chief Legal Officer for Webhelp Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (formerly SELLBYTEL Services Malaysia), where she oversees the legal department, ensures statutory compliance, and manages the firm’s litigation and legal teams. In addition to her role at RT Pastry, Ms. Loh holds several directorships in public listed companies. Ms. Olivia Lim, a Malaysian aged 47, serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of RT Pastry, having been appointed to the Board on 31 July 2024. A seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience, Ms. Lim holds the position of Chairperson of the Nomination Committee and contributes her expertise as a member of both the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Lian Kok Wah
Mr. Lian Kok Wah, a Malaysian aged 66, serves as a Promoter, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, and substantial shareholder of RT Pastry.
