How to Join

Step 1: Spend & Earn an Entry
Spend RM30 or more in a single receipt at any RT Pastry outlet.

Step 2: Complete the Google Form
Fill in your details, including Full Name, Membership Phone Number, and Email Address (if applicable)

Step 3: Upload Your Receipt
Upload a clear photo of your purchase receipt as proof of entry.

Step 4: You’re In!
Once your submission is verified, your entry will be recorded for the lucky draw.

Winners will be announced after the campaign ends via RT Pastry’s official Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu pages.

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. Organiser
    • The RT Pastry Buy & Win Contest (“Contest”) is organised by RT Pastry Holdings Berhad and its subsidiaries (“RT Pastry” or “Organiser”).
  2. Contest Period
    • The Contest runs from 1 July 2026 (12:00 am) until 31 July 2026 (11:59 pm) (“Contest Period”).
    • Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be accepted.
  3. Eligibility
    • The Contest is open to all RT Pastry members residing in Malaysia aged 18 years and above.
    • Employees of RT Pastry, its affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  4. How to Participate
    • Participants must spend a minimum of RM30 in a single receipt at any RT Pastry outlet during the Contest Period.
    • Participants must:
      • Scan the Contest QR code;
      • Complete the online entry form;
      • Upload a clear photo of the receipt as proof of purchase.
    • Each qualifying receipt is entitled to one (1) contest entry.
    • Multiple entries are allowed with different qualifying receipts.
    • Participants must retain the original receipt for verification purposes. Failure to provide the original receipt upon request may result in disqualification.
    • Receipts that are illegible, duplicated, altered, incomplete, fraudulent, or previously submitted will be disqualified.
  5. Weekly Prize Draw
    • Weekly prize draws will be conducted on:
      • 10 July 2026
      • 17 July 2026
      • 24 July 2026
    • Weekly prizes consist of:
      • Tefal Infenio Serenity Set × 1
      • Bear Electronic Lunch Box × 1
      • RT Pastry Gift Voucher RM50 × 10
      • TYESO Tumbler × 4
    • Entries not selected in a weekly draw will automatically remain eligible for subsequent weekly draws and the Grand Prize Draw.
  6. Grand Prize Draw
    • The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted on 10 August 2026.
    • Grand prizes consist of:
      • Dyson Airwrap × 1
      • Roborock Robot Vacuum × 1
      • BRUNO Grande Hotplate × 1
    • Grand Prize winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period
  7. Winner Notification
    • Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided in the entry form.
    • Winners may also be announced on RT Pastry’s official social media platforms and/or website.
    • If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days from the first notification attempt, RT Pastry reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  8. Prize Collection
    • Winners must provide identification and supporting documents for verification upon request.
    • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
    • RT Pastry reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.
    • Any costs incurred in relation to the collection or usage of the prize shall be borne by the winner.
  9. Disqualification
    • RT Pastry reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
      • Provides false or misleading information;
      • Submits fraudulent, altered, or duplicate receipts;
      • Violates any of these Terms & Conditions;
      • Engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the Contest.
  1. Personal Data
    • By participating in this Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by RT Pastry for:
      • Contest administration;
      • Winner verification;
      • Prize fulfilment;
      • Marketing and promotional purposes (where consent has been given).
    • Personal data will be handled in accordance with RT Pastry’s Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data protection laws.
  2. Publicity
    • RT Pastry reserves the right to use winners’ names, photographs, and likenesses for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  3. General
    • RT Pastry’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
    • RT Pastry reserves the right to amend, postpone, cancel, suspend, or terminate the Contest and/or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
